Hunted byKaran ParwaniKaran Parwani

SubFex finds the Reddit threads where buyers are asking for what you sell, then drafts a reply in your voice. You read it, edit if needed, and post it yourself. Founders, marketing teams, and agencies who know their buyers are on Reddit but don't have hours to scroll for the right threads. SubFex never connects to your Reddit account and never auto-posts. You copy, paste, and post from your own account like a normal Redditor.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋

I am Vijay, co-founder of SubFex.

A couple of my Reddit accounts got banned before I even understood why. Turns out Reddit is brutal on anything that smells automated and also exactly where our leads were hanging out, asking the questions we could answer. Manually scanning subreddits, finding the right threads, and replying fast enough to matter was eating hours every week. Out of that pain, SubFex happened.

Buyers research on Reddit before they buy. Companies either burn 5–10 hours a week scrolling for relevant threads, or risk a ban trying to automate it with bots. Meanwhile the good answer and the customer goes to whoever showed up first. Usually a competitor.

SubFex scans your target subreddits every hour, uses AI to qualify which threads are actually worth responding to (real question, real fit, not a duplicate), and drafts a reply grounded in your brand voice and context. It never logs in or auto-posts, you approve every reply and post from your own account. Over time it learns from what you approve and reject, so the drafts get sharper.

Key features:

  • Hourly subreddit monitoring with keyword/exclude filters

  • AI qualification: only surfaces threads worth your time

  • Context-aware reply drafts in your brand voice, not generic marketing copy

  • Built-in guardrails that block links, hard sells, and bot-sounding language — we want to solve the person's actual problem, not pitch at them

  • Human approval on every single reply, always

  • Multi-brand support and weekly subreddit discovery

  • A learning loop that improves drafts based on what you approve/reject

SaaS teams and agencies who want a real presence in communities like r/SaaS, r/startups, r/devtools, anywhere your buyers are already asking questions without a full-time person glued to Reddit search.

We genuinely want to know, does this help you get real leads and customers out of Reddit, and use the platform the right way (without getting banned or coming off spammy)? That's the thing we most want validated today.

We're giving the first 100 people here $49/year (vs. our regular monthly pricing) locked in for as long as you stay subscribed. Link's in the listing above.

Questions about how it works, pricing, or anything else, drop them here, I'll personally answer every one.

Huge thanks to Rohan for hunting us today, and to the whole Product Hunt team and community for the platform that makes days like this possible. And thank you to Param, Karan and the rest of the SubFex team who built this with me.

We'd love your feedback (not just your upvote 🙂), tell us what's missing, what's confusing, or what would make this a no-brainer for your team.

standard claude or gpt with web search already drafts relevant reddit replies. what convinces me this not just prompt layer is showing how you manage account warmup and mod detection rules so posts actaully stick

SubFex was hunted by Karan Parwani. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
