I made an app to fix my terrible scrolling.
I kept opening apps without thinking and losing hours without noticing.
So I added a pause before distracting apps open.
When I open an app on reflex, it stops me for a second and makes me notice it.
It even buzzes at me now.
Annoying.
Works great.
No blocking.
No guilt.
Just enough friction to wake me up.
Apparently, I wasn’t that addicted.
Just way too automatic.
