I originally built Struxy for myself while managing a startup, research, relationships and life across too many conversations and tools. I did not need another place to organise everything—I needed something that would remember before I did.
Struxy is being built around one problem: helping people remember what matters and act before it is too late. I'm starting with memory because a useful Chief of Staff needs context before it can be trusted with action. The goal is to progressively turn that understanding into a personal AI you can genuinely delegate to.
Struxy actually started as a tool I built for myself while working on another startup. I kept losing track of conversations, follow-ups, commitments and random things I needed to remember.
I realised the problem wasn’t really another task manager — it was everything that happens before something becomes a neat task.
Struxy lets you capture things naturally and tries to understand the useful structure underneath: tasks, reminders, people, context and follow-ups.
The longer-term goal is much bigger: an AI Chief of Staff that understands enough of your life that you can eventually delegate things to it.
But this beta is deliberately focused on the foundation: understand → remember → organise → help later.
It’s early, and I genuinely want people to break it. If you try Struxy, please don’t write perfect AI prompts — ramble, make typos, mix thoughts together.
I’d especially love feedback on:
whether Struxy understands how you naturally think;
where it takes too many clicks;
what you instinctively expect it to do next.
