As a 20+ year guitar player that travels often, I personally have found that ownership does not always equal access. StringShare will enable musicians traveling for work or pleasure to have access to guitars short term without the need to travel with them personally.
Browse the available guitars, request to rent during, pickup when you arrive and drop off before you go.
Very niche but i can see the potential of being useful to many of the musicians, why limit it to guitar?
StringShare allows local guitar players to try specific model guitars before committing to substantial purchase price. Having actual hands on practice time with your desired model is critical to properly evaluating if it a great fit for you.
