IncomeStream
One income dashboard for creators juggling 4-6 platforms
IncomeStream takes your payout info from wherever it lives - YouTube Studio, TikTok Creator Portal, Patreon, a sponsor payment - and turns it into one clean dashboard: total income by platform, by month/quarter/year, plus an export you can hand straight to your CPA.
Hey PH, maker here. I built IncomeStream after getting tired of not being able to answer "How much did I actually make last month?" without digging through YouTube Studio, TikTok's Creator Portal, and Patreon separately. It uses Claude to parse pasted or uploaded payout text directly, so it's not locked to rigid, per-platform templates. It's also prompted to never invent a number, skipping anything it isn't confident about. For YouTube specifically, there's also a one-click auto-sync via the Analytics API. It's genuinely early first week live. I'd love feedback from anyone willing to paste in a real payout export and tell me what breaks. Happy to answer anything about the build, too.

IncomeStream was hunted by Sylvia Distefano. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
