I built StreakFlow because every habit tracker I tried was great at "add a good habit" but useless at the harder half: quitting bad ones. Quitting smoking isn't a checkbox you tick — it's a clean-day counter you protect.
So StreakFlow has two modes from the first screen:
🌱 Build — daily/weekly/monthly habits with flexible scheduling
🚭 Quit — counts your clean days and celebrates milestones (1, 3, 7, 30, 90...)
