I built Streakal because every other focus app I tried had the same fatal flaw: I could always bypass it.
Cold Turkey had a delay option. Freedom had a pause. And every time I hit a hard task, I'd exploit it. The blocker became a joke.
So I built one that actually enforces what you commit to. When a segment is running, blocked apps close instantly. There's no "take a break" button. That's the whole point.
Along the way I added streaks (because tracking discipline feels satisfying), pledges (accountability to yourself), an AI assistant that knows your schedule, and a Journey mode for long-term goals.
It's a 3-day free trial, then a paid plan. No free tier, because people don't value what they don't pay for, and this only works if you're serious.
