How do you get user insights from professionals in larger enterprises? Most often times, their time and feedback comes at a cost and can be very difficult to get ahold of them.
Do you have a module that just teaches people how conduct interviews? Particularly for founders. User research insights give founders the conviction needed to envision the future 3-5 years down the line. AI today is really good at summarizing exactly what is there, and on top of that, it hallucinates. I worry about people making full business decisions without intuition because users can sometimes not share what is actually needed.
