I worked in market research for many years. We already know primary research plays an extremely important role in getting the numbers right before the report is delivered. For this, we would spend hours and days looking for the right connections (subject matter experts) on LinkedIn, then creating a contact sheet with their complete information (which is basically data entry work).
Hundreds of hours of productive analyst time is spent doing these activities which can be better utilised elsewhere. For this, I started building Stratify, and it opened the doors to further possibilities. Even in Sales, B2B sales teams burn 10+ hours per week manually searching LinkedIn, copying data into spreadsheets, and risking account restrictions from automation tools.
Stratify eliminates that workflow entirely. It discovers professional profiles from Google's public search index, with no LinkedIn login, no browser extensions, and no platform risk, then scores every contact using the CPSEM engine, a proprietary composite model that evaluates five dimensions: target density (role match), seniority (decision-making authority), industry alignment, company tier, and market signal consistency. Each contact receives a score from 0 to 100, computed fresh per search, so the highest-quality prospects surface first.
From there, Stratify handles the rest of the outreach workflow: auto-segment contacts by role type, create message templates with merge fields like {first_name} and {company}, preview personalized DMs for each contact, and export outreach-ready CSVs with messages included. No need for separate tools like Instantly or Lemlist.
