StitchInvoice brings client documents, payments and follow-up into one connected workflow. Create invoices, quotes, estimates and more, then let Smart Terms, Payability Check, reminders, recurring workflows and client memory help keep work moving — without turning your day into accounting admin.
I built StitchInvoice because business software often creates almost as much work as it’s supposed to remove.
Sending an invoice is easy. The harder part is everything surrounding it: making sure the document is ready to send, remembering what a client needs, keeping track of what happens next, getting paid, following up when necessary, and doing it all again next time. StitchInvoice brings that workflow together.
You can create invoices, quotes, estimates, receipts, credit notes and proposals, accept payments, manage clients and recurring work, and use features like Payability Check, Smart Terms, Requirements Memory and Payment Intelligence to help catch problems and keep things moving.
The idea behind it is simple: business software should take more responsibility for the work, not give you another system to manage.
This is StitchInvoice's first public launch. There's a free plan, and I've also opened the first 100 Founding Member spots for people joining us at the beginning. More than anything, I'd genuinely love to hear what feels great, what feels confusing, what you expected to find but didn't, and what you think StitchInvoice should do better.
I've spent a long time building this, so it feels a little surreal finally putting it in front of people.

StitchInvoice was hunted by StitchInvoice. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it.
