I built Stillwork because I kept "just checking" one tab and losing an hour. It's a straightforward combo: a site blocker plus a Pomodoro timer, both in one small popup.
A few things I cared about while building it:
- Nothing leaves your device. No accounts, no analytics, no ads.
- Blocking works even on sites that reload themselves without a real page load (looking at you, YouTube).
- Turning blocking off isn't instant — there's a short pause-and-confirm step, so it's there when you genuinely need it, not for every 2am impulse.
Would love your feedback, especially if something breaks or feels off. This is a small, solo-built tool and every comment actually gets read and acted on.
love that it runs fully local, no accounts to mess with. blocking sites alongside the pomodoro timer feels way more effective than just a timer alone.
