StillHandled is a simple daily resilience tracker built around one idea: a hard day doesn’t have to be a bad day. Track areas like work, stress, relationships or social situations, then rate both how difficult they were and how well you handled them. Over time, StillHandled shows your progress separately from the challenges you face. No ads, no analytics, and no subscription. Everything stays on your device.
All the diary/daily log apps I've used only allowed me to rank the day from good to bad. However, what if the day was rough but I kicked its butt? It wasn't technically a "good" day, but since I handled it well, it wasn't "bad" either. And saying it was "okay" doesn't give my efforts enough credit.
So I built this app, which lets you rank both the day *and* how you handled it. That way it's easy to see how things are going, and how you're dealing with them!
And since I like to keep things simple and respect the user, there are no ads, no accounts and no subscriptions. Your data only leaves your device when you export it, optionally encrypted.
