Assalamu alaikum, I'm Sophia, the founder of Ketabi Studio and the maker of Still Heart.
I built Still Heart because I wanted a place to slow down that did not ask Muslims to separate calm from faith. Many wellness apps are beautifully made, but their language, practices, or music do not always feel rooted in Islam.
I wanted to create something that could meet a person during an anxious morning, a sleepless night, grief, gratitude, or the quiet after salah, then gently turn the heart back toward the remembrance of Allah.
Still Heart is an Islamic meditation and sleep app grounded in the Qur'an and authentic Sunnah. It includes guided reflections, du'a, breathing, gentle movement, sleep sessions, and peaceful atmospheres without music. You can listen with Amina or Salim, begin without creating an account, and see the Islamic sources behind the sessions.
I built every part with care, from the writing and narration to the visual atmosphere, because faith-centered products deserve the same beauty and attention as any premium wellness app.
Still Heart is not a replacement for worship or professional mental health care. It is a companion for the moments between, created to help you steady yourself and return to your salah and your day with a calmer heart.
