I built Stepps because most goal apps start too big.
When I wanted to improve something in my life, the first problem was not motivation. It was knowing exactly what to do today without turning the goal into a huge project. "Learn English", "get fit", "build a portfolio", or "organize my life" are good intentions, but they are too vague when you only have a normal day and limited energy.
Stepps breaks that down into 15-minute sessions.
You can start with free templates (more than 50!), open your next step, follow a short guide, take notes, and mark progress. If you want something custom, Pro uses AI to create and adapt a plan around your goal. There is also a 5 minutes quick mode for days when 15 minutes is not realistic, because staying connected to the goal matters.
