So I created Step Gazelle, an app that creates daily step goals based on your existing habits 🤩
- You already reached your step goal 27x in the last 30 days
- Work up slowly toward a target goal
- A gazelle crosses the savanna toward water as you walk
It started as a note. I tracked my 3rd lowest step count from the last 30 days and set that as my goal.
It worked until I didn't want to sift through data every day and lost momentum.
Now after testing for 1 month, my average step count is already up 500+ steps/day.
Step Gazelle is available to everyone, free to download on the App Store.
