❓ Why I Built This
As someone who's active on social networks, I found myself constantly doom scrolling instead of sharing thoughts and updates. So I wanted something that would:
- Be instantly accessible
- Feel native to macOS
- Make posting to multiple platforms effortless
- Support rich media and threads
- Make me want to share more
So that's why I built Statuz – to solve these pain points and create a tool that makes life easier and natural on macOS. It's designed to help you focus on creating and sharing content, rather than wrestling with multiple apps, interfaces and distractions.

Congrats @stewones on the launch! This is such a great idea-- it makes using my Mac so much easier.
This is a great concept. One thing I'd suggest is adding a dark mode for those late-night sessions. It would make it even easier on the eyes.
