Hunted byMarcelo JarrettaMarcelo Jarretta

Every time production breaks, you reach for three tools: a monitor, a status page, and something to coordinate the response. Each one bills you separately. StatusPulse is all three in one product. 10+ probe types (HTTP, SSL, DNS, databases, email, cron). Public status pages included. Claude drafts the incident updates and post-mortems while you fix the actual problem. Free tier, no credit card. Flat pricing — no per-subscriber or per-SMS surprises.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Marcelo, solo founder of StatusPulse. Here's the itch I couldn't stop scratching: Every time something broke in production, I needed three different tools to handle it properly. One to monitor (UptimeRobot, Pingdom). One to host the public status page so customers knew what was happening (Statuspage, Instatus). And something — usually a panicked Slack thread — to coordinate the response and write updates. Each tool cost money. Each had its own pricing tiers that scaled in ways that had nothing to do with the actual value: per subscriber, per SMS, per metric. Stitching them together with webhooks was an engineering side-quest I didn't have time for. And the worst part wasn't the cost. It was writing the incident updates while production was on fire. Trying to compose a clear, calm, professional message at 3 AM when your brain is in fix-the-thing mode is genuinely awful. So I built StatusPulse to solve all three at once: → One product replaces the monitoring tool, the status page, and the incident workflow → 10+ probe types out of the box — HTTP, SSL, DNS, databases, full email round-trip, cron heartbeats — not just "does this URL return 200" → Claude drafts the incident updates and post-mortems for you, so you can focus on the actual fix → Flat pricing from €0 to €49/month, no per-subscriber or per-SMS surprises → EU-hosted on Azure, GDPR-native — important for European teams and the companies that sell to them The free tier is real: 5 monitors, 2 status pages, no credit card, no trial expiration. I'm building this alone. The roadmap is shaped directly by what early users ask for, and the next big thing on it is on-call scheduling with proper escalation policies. If you've ever stared at a Statuspage invoice and wondered what exactly you're paying for — or written a 4 AM status update from your phone — I'd love to hear what you think. Happy to answer anything in the comments. AMA about the product, the stack (.NET 10 + Azure + Claude API), or the joys of competing against Atlassian as a one-person shop 🙂 — Marcelo
