Stash
Remember where you put things. Find them in seconds.
Where did you put that cable, passport, or spare key? Stash remembers. Snap a photo of the drawer, shelf, or box, give the item a name and room, and search for it later by name, location, note, or transcribed voice memo. Save offline, sync between iPhone and iPad, use handy widgets, and set reminders. No elaborate inventory system—just a fast, private way to find the things you've put away. Free to download; try a sample home in the browser first.
I'm the maker behind Stash — Find It Fast, and I'm excited to finally share it with you!
We've all done it: put something important somewhere "safe," only to completely forget where that safe place was. Maybe it's a spare cable, important documents, travel accessories, or something you only use once a year.
I wanted to solve that everyday problem without creating another complicated inventory management app.
That's why I built Stash.
The idea is simple: take a photo of WHERE you put something, give it a name, and forget about it until you need it again.
Here's what Stash offers today:
📸 Photo-based storage — Remember the exact drawer, shelf, or box.
🔎 Fast search — Find belongings using names, rooms, notes, and transcribed voice notes.
🎙️ Voice notes — Record details without having to type everything.
📱 iPhone & iPad sync — Keep your saved locations accessible across devices.
☁️ Offline support — Save items even without an internet connection.
⏰ Reminders & widgets — Keep important items accessible when you need them.
🔒 Privacy-focused — Your belongings and their locations aren't used for advertising.
What makes Stash different?
I didn't want an app that required people to catalog their entire home, create complex categories, or spend hours organizing.
Stash focuses on one simple question: Where did I put that?

Who hunted Stash?
Stash was hunted by Graham Miranda. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
