It started as a stamp camera — I wanted my travel photos to feel like collectible postage stamps instead of disappearing into a camera roll. That part was fun to build and people loved it.
But the feature that really took off was sticker mode. Users started asking: "can I cut out my dog and make a sticker?" So I built it - one tap, background removed, bold outline added. Your pet, your friends, your food, instantly a sticker.
What surprised me: people aren't just saving stickers. They're building full personal sticker packs — families making stickers of their kids, friends making sticker packs of their group. That emotional connection is something I didn't fully anticipate when I started.
The two modes together feel right: stamps for preserving memories, stickers for sharing them.
