Staks
All-in-one business software for SMBs and freelancers
Invoicing, expenses, CRM, payroll, inventory, and real double-entry accounting in one platform with an AI agent that does the busywork. Built for freelancers, agencies, and growing businesses.
Hi Product Hunt, I'm Ribal, founder of Staks.
I run a marketing agency in Dubai. Our invoices were in one tool, the CRM in another, expenses in a spreadsheet, payroll somewhere else, and the accountant got an export at the end of the month. I spent my evenings copying numbers between apps, so I built the software I wanted instead.
Staks puts invoicing, expenses, CRM, sales pipeline, payroll, inventory and double-entry accounting on one platform. The Agent knows your whole business: tell it "invoice Fieldwork for April" or "how much did we make last month" and it drafts the action or answers the question, then waits for your approval. It also works inside Claude and ChatGPT through MCP.
We've been running our own agency on it, and now I need people outside the team to break it.
If you run a small business, an agency or freelance, I'd like you to try!
