Stagger visualizes your Tableau Cloud extract-refresh schedule as a 24-hour heatmap so you can instantly see clustering, conflicts, and failures - then batch-reschedule dozens of tasks at once to spread load under the concurrent-refresh limit. Connects read-only via Connected App. Free 14-day trial.

I work on a heavily congested Cloud site - hundreds of workbooks - and I had a hard time getting a handle on extract refresh schedules. I wanted a more proactive way to see all my refreshes at once and manage them in bulk, and the native Tableau tools just didn't hit the mark for me.

So I built Stagger to do two things: 1) visualize all my refresh schedules in one place, and 2) edit existing schedules (or add new ones) in batch instead of one by one, while keeping an eye on hourly bottlenecks.

I've been running it on my own site for a while now and I'm curious how many other people are fighting the same thing. It's at https://getstagger.com if you want to poke around. There's a free trial so you can see your own site's refresh load without committing to anything. I'd genuinely love feedback from anyone who fights this. Happy to answer questions all day.
