We built StageX Academy because my own experience watching families struggle with 11+ preparation frustrated me. Parents were spending £400/month on tutors, buying stacks of workbooks, and still had no honest idea whether their child was actually on track. Children were practising the wrong things, running out of time in exams, and walking in not knowing what to expect.
So I built Lumi, an AI virtual tutor that analyses what a child got wrong each day and rebuilds tomorrow's 20-minute plan overnight. No parent planning. No guessing. Just targeted daily practice that actually closes the gaps.
A few things I'm particularly proud of:
