Hi Product Hunt! I’m Mark, the person behind StageLab.
I built it for people who want to compete but feel stuck before they even begin. A good prep coach can be expensive, while starting on your own can feel like guessing at every step.
StageLab gives competitors a more approachable starting point: progress photo check-ins, AI-powered physique feedback, posing analysis, and a place to follow their prep. I have a lot of respect for great coaches. I also don’t want the cost of one to stop someone from exploring their goal of getting on stage.
