I’m Simon, the solo developer behind SSHELL Terminal.
I built SSHELL because SSH on mobile often feels awkward when you need to do serious work. Many apps are fine for quick emergency access, but I wanted something that made iPhone and especially iPad feel more like practical admin tools.
SSHELL Terminal is a native SSH terminal for iPhone and iPad, designed for developers, sysadmins, homelab users and technical professionals who need reliable server access away from the desk.
The focus is a clean terminal-first workflow:

- iPad multi-window support
- External keyboard-friendly controls
- A mobile workflow that avoids unnecessary clutter
The app is useful for checking logs, managing infrastructure, restarting services, and handling urgent fixes when you are not at a laptop.
This is my first app as a solo developer, and it came from a real-world pain: wanting mobile SSH to feel less like a compromise.
There is a free 7-day trial so people can test the workflow properly before deciding whether it fits their setup.
