A couple of months ago, I considered creating an app to make World Cup predictions, similar to the Squid Game. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish it in time for a pre-World Cup launch. But here it is SquidOut is live, and the World Cup is on right now. How it works: - Pick one team per matchday to win their match - If your team wins, you survive. I'm Sergio, the solo dev behind SquidOut. The idea came from watching Squid Game and thinking: "What if World Cup predictions worked like elimination rounds?"
The rules are simple: pick a team to win each matchday. If they don't win, you're out. No second chances (unless the pool creator enables extra lives).
The World Cup is happening right now and matchday 3 locks on June 24th so jump in while you can.
