SquadRoom gives you a team of AI employees. A lead agent learns your company and plans the work. Specialists for research, writing, partnerships and operations do it. You drop a task on the board and walk away. When you come back, the work is finished and a report shows every step and every source. Agents only stop to ask you when a decision really needs you, and nothing goes out without your OK. Bring your own AI key. Try the live demo, no signup.
Hey Product Hunt 👋
I'm Kartike, cofounder of SpeedVitals. Running a small company, I kept hitting the same wall: there was always work nobody owned. Research a market, find partners, draft the outreach, check the numbers. Hiring for each of those wasn't an option, and chatbots gave me answers, not finished work.
So I built SquadRoom: a team of AI employees.
You tell your lead agent what you need in plain words. The lead plans it and hands each piece to a specialist (research, partnerships, ops, content, or any role you add). They do the work with real tools, and you get back the finished work plus a report of every step and source.
A few things I cared about:
• One owner per task, so work doesn't get lost between agents
• They only ask when a decision needs you, with one clear question and their recommendation
• Nothing is sent, posted or paid without your OK
• Bring your own AI key, no markup
It's built on Hermes Agent by Nous Research 🙏

Early access is $49/month for the whole squad.
I'd love to hear what you'd hand to an AI employee first, and what breaks when you try it.
"Nothing goes out without my OK” is very important nowadays, but what happens when the queue of approvals gets long ? It ends up defying the purpose ? Do you have a process to speed it up?
One owner per task is a nice detail here, Kartike. It's much easier to follow a handoff when you can see who's responsible for it and what happened along the way. Congrats on the launch!
Congrats on the launch! 🎉 I have been using SquadRoom for about a month. I recently gave it a blog post task, and it actually went through my existing posts first, scraped LinkedIn, Reddit, and Twitter for research, did keyword analysis, and came back with a draft that reads exactly like something I would have written. A post like that usually takes me 1 to 2 days, but I had it by the end of the day. Any plans to add direct publishing to platforms like WordPress straight from the board?
