A decade after launching the original UX Project Checklist, I am evolving the concept into a modern tool: Squadra.
Squadra means "Team", and I hope this tool can help product teams, design teams, but really any team to create processes and streamline their operations and way of working, so as never to miss anything important again and be all on the same page.
