Hey all! Michael here, builder at Spryngtime. While we were building our previous company (still running), one of the biggest pain points we ran into was answering customer support & developer onboarding tickets. That easily took up 20-30% of our time. And while we love interacting with customers, we realized a good amount of the questions were already answered if they had just read our docs! Many of our responses were just "Yes we can do X, here's a link to our docs" or "Sorry, you're running into this issue, have you tried this? {Insert link to docs}" So to solve that, we built a chat bot that's trained on your public knowledge (docs, FAQs, etc) and internal knowledge (Slack, email, Intercom, etc) to properly answer customer support & onboarding questions.
