I'm Santi, the maker of SponsorMap.
If you've ever looked into working in Australia on a skilled visa, you hit the same wall I did: you need an Australian employer that's accredited to sponsor you — but there's no easy way to find out which companies actually are. The list exists inside the Department of Home Affairs, but it's not searchable for normal people.
So I filed a Freedom of Information request, got the official data on ~2,947 accredited sponsor companies, and turned it into something you can actually search. You can look up a company, filter by your occupation (Skills in Demand 482 / ENS 186), and see which assessing authority handles your job.
It's completely free. No login, no paywall. It's available in English, Spanish and Portuguese, because a lot of the people this helps aren't native English speakers.
I built it solo with Next.js. Happy to talk about the build, the FOI process, or the Australian migration side — and I'd genuinely love feedback on what would make it more useful. What's missing for you?
