Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I’m Ed, an Android developer.
For the last 5 years, my friends and I have been using Splitwise during trips, vacations, and shared activities. It worked well for a long time, but over the years we noticed more and more features moving behind a subscription.
The biggest frustration for us was that even adding expenses became limited unless you paid.
At some point we decided to build our own solution.
Together with a few developer friends, we created SplitHub - a simple expense-sharing app focused on the features we actually use.
Current MVP features:

✅ Unlimited expense entries
✅ Balance tracking
✅ Simple and clean interface
One feature we’re especially excited about is our future receipt-scanning workflow. Our goal is to allow users to scan a restaurant receipt and simply select the items they ordered instead of manually calculating everything.
We’re still early and would love honest feedback from Product Hunt users.
