I work in operations. Every week I had the same chore: one big Excel file with data from 20+ suppliers, split it by supplier, save each part, then write ten almost identical emails with the right attachment. 10 to 40 minutes, every time.
One day I added up what that costs over a year, and built this instead.
Upload a file, pick the column to split by, and you get one Excel per group — formatting preserved, formulas resolved — plus a .eml draft for each, with recipient, message and attachment already in place. You open them in Outlook, check them, and send. Nothing is sent automatically.
Two things I care about: everything runs in your browser, so your file is never uploaded anywhere (that's why I can use it with real supplier data). And it's free, no account, no ads.
It also handles multi-sheet files and files with formulas, which is where most simple splitters break.
