Hey Product Hunt! I'm Josh, one of the founders of Spinach AI. I'm super excited to share what we’ve been building over the past few months. Our AI meeting agent is built to help run meetings with our in-meeting agenda management features. It keeps track of your conversations so you can pull any information needed from prior meetings - ask it in real-time on the meeting and it will respond. After the meeting it helps you with post-meeting tasks like sending recap emails and updating action items in your project management tool or CRM. How to try it out: 1. Sign up, connect your calendar, select meetings you want the agent to join 2. Join the meeting (let Spinach in if you have a waiting room set up) 3. Add agenda topics and start the meeting We offer a 14-day free trial so you can try Spinach out, as well as a free plan with 5 meeting hours per month. Would love to get your feedback and thanks for your support

I'm concerned about privacy. How does the AI handle sensitive information discussed in meetings?

how the customization options work. Can users tailor the summaries to highlight specific topics or action items they care about?

this tool integrates with major platforms like Zoom and Slack. It’s essential for a smooth workflow in any organization

The concept behind this tool! The way it combines meeting management with note-taking is really innovative. It’s just what we need to streamline our processes.

Awesome how it can help with ticket creation based on meeting discussions. This feature will really streamline the workflow for teams working on projects

@josh_willis2 Congrats on the launch of Spinach AI! An AI Meeting Agent that captures notes, runs agendas, and updates action items is a huge productivity boost for teams. At Interwiz, we’re also focused on efficiency, using AI to automate interviews and streamline hiring decisions. How do you see Spinach AI enhancing collaboration across teams that rely on multiple tools to track their progress and action items?

We've been loving the summaries. I especially enjoy the ability to ask Spinach a question. Keep up the good work!

I got to see Spinach.ai in action at Nashville Product Meetup with Katie Merth. It was really cool to get to dig deep into the product and awesome to learn more about what your team is solving. The biggest pain point about meeting note taking and AI for me is actually going back and fetching specific information. I think this product does a good job of getting the correct information in front of you at the right time and that's very needed.

The way it effortlessly joins our Zoom meetings, captures notes, and updates action items has completely changed how we handle meetings. I love that I can focus on the conversation instead of scrambling to take notes

This is mind blowing, butmy question is "how can this be integrated with the platforms mentioned"?

Spinach AI is a game changer. I've always thought if something like this exists. There we have it. I would love to try it. :-D

This could be a great way to ensure that everyone is on the same page and that action items are followed up on.

Congrats on the launch! I'll ask our team if we can try to use it. It's brilliant!

The integration with project management tools like Jira seems like a huge plus. It makes it easy to keep track of tasks directly from discussions, which is always a challenge in remote meetings.

How does it handle sensitive information? I'm interested in learning more about how encryption and security work, especially when dealing with confidential meetings.
