RAW video is powerful, but it slows your workflow and fills your storage fast. Spectra Studio converts RAW formats like CinemaDNG into optimized ProRes files on Apple Silicon Macs. Get smaller files, smoother playback, and faster editing without the hassle.
Hey everyone 👋
I built Spectra Studio after running into the same issue over and over—RAW footage was slowing down my edits and filling up my SSD way too fast.
Especially working with CinemaDNG, projects would get heavy quickly and playback wasn’t always smooth.
So I created a tool specifically for Apple Silicon Macs that converts RAW footage into ProRes quickly and efficiently, making files smaller and timelines much easier to work with.
My goal was to keep it simple—no unnecessary features, just something that solves a real workflow problem.
If you work with RAW video, I’d love to hear how you’re handling your workflow or any feedback you have.
