Speaker Copilot is a small PWA that runs the talk for you. Two jobs:
1. Pacing. You split the talk into timed sections before going on stage.
During the talk, sections advance automatically—a short vibration tells
You know it's time to move on. No tapping, no reading, no losing track.
2. Backup. Three card decks are one tap away: Clue cards (planned hints)
for every stage of the talk), SOS (what to say when you lose your train
of thought or tech fails), and Q&A (ready phrases for tough questions).
Plus rehearsal tracking: rate every test run on five criteria and watch.
Your average grows toward a readiness target.
Under the hood: React + Vite + Tailwind, LocalStorage only. No login,
no backend—your talks never leave your device. Works offline,
installs on the home screen. Open source.
A bit of context: I'm a marketing director, not a developer. This is a
personal side project built on evenings with AI writing the code and me
