I open a new tab more than a hundred times a day.
For years, that moment felt like nothing. Just a blank page. Type something, click something, move on.
But behind the screen, the sky was never blank.
The sun was moving. The moon was changing. The season was turning. I just wasn’t looking.
So I built Spatium for myself first.
A new tab that brings the real sky back into the browser: your sunrise and sunset, tonight’s moon, the current season, and a new photo of the universe every morning.
Spatium has been quietly on the Chrome Web Store since 2019, with more than 6 million tabs opened.
That is kind of crazy to me.
Today I’m launching Spatium Pro, with a few extra widgets: Pomodoro, daylight and seasons, golden hour, more space photos, custom quotes, and a daily greeting or mantra.
The full sky stays free. Pro is just for people who want to feel more of the rhythm of the day.
My hope is simple: that one small glance at the sky can make people feel a little more connected to the universe, and maybe to themselves too.
