Spark Break is an iPhone app that turns your scroll time into progress. Hit your daily limit and you pick a short action before you go back in: squats or push-ups for Strength, a focus grid for Focus, breathing for Calm. Each one counts, and your Spark grows as you do. Your limit comes down a little each week until it reaches the goal you set. No account, no streaks, and nothing leaves your phone.
Hi Product Hunt, I'm Dimi. My partner Nikita writes the code and I find the users.
Spark Break steps in five, seven or nine times a day, your choice, and turns the moment into a rep: ten squats, push-ups or sit-ups, three long exhales, or one honest answer about what you came for.
Each rep earns XP and levels up your Strength, Calm or Focus. Your streak builds, and if you break it the app says "Day 1 again. Your best was 14." No failure screens, no red numbers.

Who hunted Spark Break?
Spark Break was hunted by Dmitry Savchenko. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
