I’m Vish, CEO of SoWork, and I’m thrilled to share what we’ve been building: the world’s first generative AI-enhanced virtual workplace.
SoWork is like a cross between World of Warcraft, Zoom, and pure unbridled sorcery. It helps remote teams communicate faster with fluid video chat, save time and work more efficiently using our generative AI tools, and build stronger team cultures by providing an environment for them to be together again.
SO, why’d we build this, and what problems does it solve?
The world of work permanently changed over the last few years, leaving our team feeling disconnected, lonely, and pretty Zoomslackified out. We got so sick of it that we decided to build something better. We didn't want to recreate ‘the office but online’ - instead, we envisioned an entirely new type of workplace, inspired by our days playing World of Warcraft together ⚔️.
We used gaming principles and the latest in genAI to build workplaces that make remote teams smarter and faster than any in-person team could ever be. Now, it’s transformed our team and thousands of teams around the world, and we’re super excited to share.

Congrats on the launch! Easily the best looking virtual office platform out there, with the most soul. And you're not charged extra for it :) Sophia bot is a really nice touch, highly recommend anyone to try it.
I've had phenomenal coworking and also social experiences on SoWork - night and day from remote work on Zoom because interactions among teammates feel so much more natural and spontaneous - I once even spun up an office with a "Tiki Bar" for a colleague's birthday party during the lockdowns! In my experience the SoWork team is also super-responsive to feedback and needs of customers.
