SortSage automatically organizes messy Windows folders in the background. Build smart rules for Downloads, Desktop, media, documents, and more, then let it sort, rename, and deduplicate files without the usual cleanup routine.
Hey Product Hunt, I'm building small premium Windows tools, and SortSage is the one I kept wishing already existed.
The problem was simple: I was always cleaning the same folders over and over. Downloads filled up, exports piled up, random files landed everywhere, and nothing stayed organized for long.
SortSage fixes that by letting you create rules that automatically sort files in the background. You can route files by type, folder, name patterns, and other conditions, rename them more intelligently, and even handle duplicates more safely.
The product goal was not to make another ugly power-user utility. I wanted it to feel clean, modern, and easy enough that normal Windows users would actually want to keep it open.
If you've ever wanted a polished "Hazel for Windows," this is exactly the lane I'm aiming for.
Happy to answer anything about the product, the build, the launch, or where I think Windows utility software is still weirdly under-served.
