Solstice Assistant is the first product we built to close that gap. It reads a business's own website and documents once. From then on, it answers every customer question in that business's place, day and night, in whichever language the visitor writes in. We spent months making sure the client's side stays as simple, customizable, and user-friendly as possible. The client needs one line of code. We build and run the backend.
