Hi, I built SoloBrief after one too many projects that started with "we want something clean and modern that pops" and ended with three rounds of unpaid revisions. Every freelancer knows the real problem isn't doing the work, it's that the brief was never actually agreed on. Intake forms don't fix this, because clients can type "ASAP" and "you're the expert!" into any form. So SoloBrief does something different: it audits answers while the client types. Vague phrases like "make it pop" get flagged on the spot, and the client resolves them by choosing concrete options. A real style direction, a real deadline, a real success metric, before the form will submit. You get a brief you can actually build from, and your client gets a better project. From there, answers compile into an editable Scope of Work with deliverables, out-of-scope items, and a milestone timeline. Both sides sign off digitally, and you can attach a Stripe deposit link and Calendly kickoff booking so the project starts paid and scheduled.
