Hey PH, I'm a solo founder and a 25-year engineer. I run my whole one-person company through Claude, and I got tired of every session starting from zero: re-pasting the same context, losing good decisions in old chats.

The piece that actually does the work isn't the four Projects, those are just folders with instructions. It's the State doc.
