Solen
Research center behind resumes, job search, and careers
Solen is a career execution ecosystem engineered to guide professionals across the entire employment lifecycle, integrating skill acquisition, resume optimization, job discovery, and on-the-job productivity into a single, continuous loop.
Solen was born from a stark realization in Cartagena, Colombia. Witnessing widespread educational systemic failure, declining university enrollment, and the resulting cycle of poverty, it became clear that waiting for institutional or government intervention was a losing strategy. Solen was founded to bypass the broken traditional system entirely. The mission is to deliver PhD-level technical and operational knowledge to anyone with an internet connection—collapsing the barrier to innovation so that the next generation isn't just surviving, but executing as elite scientists, engineers, and builders. This vision will eventually expand from our digital ecosystem into free, official, on-site physical learning spaces.
