Soft Corner is an AI companion that feels less like chatting with a bot and more like talking to someone you know. Choose from 40+ distinct personalities with conversational memory, natural multi-message replies, voice messages and realistic images. Built for expressive, continuous companionship instead of generic assistant-style chat. Available on web and Android.
I built Soft Corner because most AI companion apps still felt like talking to a chatbot. Long perfect replies, generic personalities, and conversations that quickly lost context.
I wanted something that felt much closer to how people actually communicate. Short messages, different personalities, voice messages, images, continuity, callbacks, and conversations that develop naturally over time.
That became Soft Corner, an AI companion platform with 40+ personalities, each designed to feel distinct rather than like the same assistant with a different profile picture.
A lot of the work went into the small details: how messages are split, when someone replies, what they remember, how they speak, and how their personality stays consistent. Those details ended up mattering more than simply making the underlying model smarter.
We’re live on Android and web, and this is still very much the beginning.
I’d genuinely love feedback from the Product Hunt community, especially on what feels human, what still feels generated, and what you’d want us to improve next. ❤️
