We gave Claude Code a live website, a budget, third-party API access and no approval loop. Hyper-personalization is what we pointed it at. Snitch reshapes itself for each visitor based on over 100 variables: device, location, time of day, local weather, connection speed, how they scroll. Everyone gets a different version. The agent ships changes every few hours, checks what moved and tries something else. It’s bought ads on four platforms, pulled data through Apify, and done it all on $55 a day.
For fifteen years, websites have improved at the speed of a meeting: ship, wait weeks for analytics, argue, file a ticket, rebuild. Chatbots sped up drafting and coding agents sped up pull requests, but a person still approves every change, so the loop still runs at human speed.
Snitch takes the person out of the loop.
It’s a working demo of two ideas.
The first is hyperpersonalisation: open it and the page is written for you alone, from your device, your screen, your city, the weather outside and the way you move through it, so nobody else ever sees your version.
The second is a site that runs its own cycle. An agent builds new pages, ships them, measures what happened, rewrites what didn’t work, and writes and buys its own ads, every four hours, with no one signing anything off.
