Snapmarks replaces your blank new tab with a fast, visual speed dial for the sites you use most. Organize bookmarks into color-coded categories and tags, search instantly as you type, and launch anything in one click. Private by design — everything stays on your device, no account required. Free tier includes the full speed dial, search, and organization; Pro adds auto-sync across devices, auto-backup, and nested categories.

Top comment

Hey everyone! I'm Trevor, a solo developer building Snapmarks under my Innovaspark indie shop. I'd tried a few speed dial extensions over the years, and the one I kept hitting a wall with relied on screenshots for each site — which eventually break or go stale, leaving you with a grid of gray boxes instead of a useful dashboard. So Snapmarks resolves real site icons instead, which means it actually still looks like something months later. Beyond that, I wanted real organization: drag-and-drop, categories that nest as deep as you need, and tags so a site can live in more than one place. Search is fuzzy and instant, matching across titles, URLs, descriptions, and tags as you type. It's free with no account required — everything stays local in your browser. Pro adds cross-device sync, cloud backup, and the nested categories if you want them, but the free tier is meant to feel complete on its own. Would love your feedback, especially on what's missing or confusing. I'm here all day to answer questions!

Who hunted Snapmarks?

Snapmarks was hunted by Trevor de Koekkoek. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
