I'm Allan, one of the creators of Snaplink Wallpapers and our team is excited about our launch on Product Hunt today!
This project started with a visit to the Augmented World Expo EU2023 (AWE) conference in Vienna where I connected with people just by showing them my phone's lock screen. Before the conference I photoshopped myself a nice wallpaper with a QR code linking to my Instagram account along with my Instagram handle below it. The feedback was very positive and many people I've talked to wanted to have social QR codes on their wallpapers as well.
A little while later we are here launching Snaplink Wallpapers, an iOS app that helps you to create your own social QR code empowered wallpapers.

Thats awesome. I see those executive metal tap cards out there but we all have a wallpaper and may as well make it useful!
I have a business card with the QR code that's meshed into the colours of the graphic in the card enough for phones to scan it but having it blend into the art at first glance. Maybe this is something that can take this product to the next level!

Very nice 😊I like this idea a lot. I don’t know anyone who still carries business cards around with them. Nor do I know anyone who collects business cards. So this is a great solution for professionals who are on the go meeting clients. It’s so convenient as everyone has a mobile phone with them at all times . Congrats and best of luck with the launch 😊

Cool idea to have a digital business card always ready in form of the QR code. Are you working on an automated way to have the wallpaper set directly from the app instead of having to manually export it and choose it as your wallpaper?
Cool! I now have some hacky widget with a QR code in a Note, so that it’s there when I swipe left from home. This looks a bit neater. Well done!

I imagine if one is at some sort of conference or a meetup then this will be ideal!
maybe make the app free and sell of the users information and use A.i. to categorize them or maybe when they sign up have them categorize themselves.
