I'm a student developer. I built SnapFlow while following a course, it started as a practical need to take notes and document complex steps on PC. I wanted something faster than scattered screenshots, messy folders, and horrible separate notes.
That initial idea grew into a full desktop app. I've been refining it ever since, and today it's way more powerful than when I first sketched it out. It's become my daily driver for visual documentation.
What makes SnapFlow special? Honestly? I built it from scratch, on my own, pouring a lot of time and effort into it. It's my first published app, and I'm really proud of how it turned out.

Love that everything stays local and the OCR actually picks up text in screenshots cleanly. The color-coded folders make it easy to find stuff without thinking about it.
Love how everything stays local and the non-destructive annotations are a lifesaver. One thing I'd love to see is a quick-share option that generates a temporary public link for a single screenshot without uploading to a cloud account on your end, maybe via end-to-end encryption where only the recipient with the link can view it. Would make collaborating on visual bugs much easier while still respecting the privacy-first approach.
