Hi Product Hunt! I’m the indie developer behind Snap Closet. I built the entire app myself—from the product and visual design to the code. It’s a personal project, and I’m excited to finally share it with you.
The idea started with a familiar feeling: plenty of clothes, but still “nothing to wear.” I wanted to help people discover more possibilities in the clothes they already own—and make the experience enjoyable.
With Snap Closet, you can:
- Import clothes from individual item photos or everyday photos, with AI tagging.
- Ask what to wear and get outfit ideas using your own pieces.
- Create a customizable avatar and preview outfits on it.
- Explore a closet checkup to spot overlooked pieces, similar items, and wardrobe gaps.
I’ve put just as much care into the interface as the features. I wanted it to feel playful and inviting—an app you enjoy opening, rather than another chore to keep up with.
