Huge congrats to the Smartrip AI team on today's launch! I love how Adeva, your AI agent, is making luxury travel experiences accessible to all. Quick question: How does Adeva handle last-minute flight changes or cancellations - is there an instant support feature for those inevitable travel hiccups?
Looks cool! Lots of great ideas. Just a few thoughts:
- I like the widget integration as chat is not always the easiest way to provide information. I think you could go one step further and provide "quick replies" in the chat. For example, why not suggest some airlines (and eventually, it could learn the user preferences) instead of requiring the user to say "I want to fly with X"
- It's not clear to me how it works if you don't like the 3 suggestions. Personally, I'm quite micro and I'd like to have a breakdown of all the other options. For example Google flights does it easily as you can quickly see cheapest price and get an idea of price difference for direct vs layovers, and with the flexible date grid.
For me, The emphasis on post-boking support is a big advantage. Having assistance is crucial because traveling can be stressful.
The idea of travel assistance powered by AI seems fantastic. I like how this adds a personal touch to vacation preparation. It adds a distinctive touch to every journey.
