Hi Product Hunt — Olver here. Smart Post Studio was on here once before, as an early version. Since then it turned into a different product, so this is the comeback post. I'm an architect. Not software — buildings. Smart Post Studio is the side project: I wanted a scheduler that was a real desktop app, where my video files stayed on my machine and posted at original quality instead of getting transcoded in someone's cloud. So I built it. Mac and Windows, eight platforms, flat pricing instead of per-channel fees. Since the first launch, four things shipped: - **A web app (beta)** — schedule from your browser or phone; posts fire from our servers even with your computer off. - **Fanvue support** — as far as I can find, we're the only scheduler that has it. - **LinkedIn Company Pages**, alongside personal profiles. - **MCP access (beta)** — the one I'm most curious what you'll make of. Instead of me renting you an AI, you connect your own — Claude, Cursor, any MCP client — and it reads your queue, drafts, and schedules. There is deliberately no "post now" tool: everything an AI creates is a draft or a scheduled post at least ten minutes out, marked with an AI badge, sitting in your queue where you can stop it. It's on every paid plan, including the $8 one. Honest limitation, stated plainly: posts published from the desktop app need the app running at posting time. That's the cost of your media staying local. The web beta exists exactly to cover that — connect a platform there and it posts from the cloud regardless. 14-day trial, no card. I answer every comment myself — there is no team.
